With his experience of major French restaurants, our chef, Olivier Elzer, uses only the best, fresh produce of the season to create gourmet delights, either for lunch in the bistro or a sumptuous dinner in the gastronomic restaurant - all in the Burgundian tradition but with a touch of originality. Naturally, each dish is married with fine wines from the best regional producers.
