The Abbey's Cuisine

Emmanuel Hébrard, our head chef, uses only the finest, fresh produce of the season to create gourmet delights, either for lunch in the bistro or a sumptuous dinner in the gastronomic restaurant - all in the Burgundian tradition but with a touch of originality. Naturally, each dish is married with fine wines from the best regional producers.
