Chef de Cuisine, Olivier Elzer, continues to weave his magic

Adding to his Michlein star awarded earlier this year Chef de Cuisine Olivier Elzer was selected in the top 22 new young talents in France by the highly-respected Gaultmillau guide. Only one, under 32 years of age and with real potential, is selected per region. So Olivier is the representative for Burgundy for 2008.

2005 is widely considered to be one of the best vintages for many years and now available to buy.  The Abbaye is situated half an hour’s drive from the Cote d’Or vineyards. Perfect for those little buying trips!!!
